6194 - Mini potato hashbrowns, pre-fried and quick-frozen.
This product is made of potato slivers, mixed with other ingredients and formed into little rounds with a diameter of ± 30 mm. Thereafter the product is prefried in vegetable oil, quick frozen and packed.

Cook from frozen.
Pre-heat frying oil to max. 175°C. Deep fry portions of 500g for 3-5 min. Do not fry too dark and reduce frying time when frying smaller portions.
Preheat oven at 220°C. Spread portions of 500g on a baking tray with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 15-20 min. Turn half way through cooking time.
Heat 15g (2 tbsp) of oil or butter in a frying pan. Fry the product for 10-15 min. at medium temperature. Turn the product regularly.
