This product is made of sweet potatoes which are washed, sorted, peeled, cut, blanched, dried, coated, prefried in vegetable oil, quick frozen and packed.

Deep fat frying:
Pre-heat frying oil to max. 175°C. Deep fry portions of 500g for 3-5 min. Do not fry too dark and reduce frying time when frying smaller portions.
Preheat oven at 220°C. Spread portions of 500g on a baking tray with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 15-20 min. Turn half way through cooking time.
